POWER TO TAKE ON EMPLOYEES
The agent is hereby given the authority to hire [number of full-time employees] full-time employees and [number of part-time employees] part-time employees, to help assist in the management and operation of the business. These employees will be under the supervision of the agent, however, they will be the employees of principal.
The agent has the power to hire or fire all such employees, after approval by the principal, and shall pay wages to such employees based on the following schedule: [payment policy].
